The arrangement was outdated and stuffed with Babies Breath. It’s not what I ordered or expected. I would expect a quality florist to at least be able to put together a simple arrangement of roses without stuffing it with this tacky filler. I ordered an arrangement that looked elegant (shown in pic); I received a grocery store arrangement. They weren’t concerned that I was upset, apparently...

My husband has been bringing me roses from your shop and I'm extremely impressed with them. They smell lovely and last forever. My last single rose lasted 16 days before it started to brown around the edges of the pedals.
