Help us make it rightSo my first time donating I set out about 5 bags and they took them all. The next time I donated I knew I would have a larger load so I made sure I was home for pick up. The man sat in the truck for about 5 minutes talking on the phone about what I'm guessing is the size of the load. Then he took the light bags and the bikes and left the 4 larger bags and tried to lie and say they were ripped. I will admit to one bag being ripped but it was definitely not ripped to the point of where it couldn't be transported. The others were not ripped at all he was LAZY and didn't want to pick up the stuff!!! I call the purple heart because I don't want this sitting on my lawn and they try to give me a pick up for Feb 8 when today is Jan 24th. I will stick to the Salvation Army or Mission House atleast they give you a specific pick up time and are happy to to receive your lightly used items.
