The service at the Holland Road location is usually beyond reproach and I order often. Tonight however, I got Danilo as my delivery driver. He showed up to my door with half of my order, crushed by someone else’s order in a heating bag on top of mine. I watched in horror as he set their order on the GROUND in order for me to sign my receipt. He showed up later with my super soggy remaining...

I locked my keys in my car and the manager, Nate, was so helpful with finding me a lock smith and even offering to personally cover it! Not to mention my pizzas were still hot after being in my locked car with th AC on an hour later !! Thanks for the BEST customer service experience and management ever!!

Ordered wings and looks like they cooked them, boxed it up, then poured barbecue sauce on top. Also, Luke warm. Unimpressed. And u didn't get my garlic sauce. Booo
