This is my family's regular Friday night pizza place and for good reason. The pies are consistently baked to perfection. We also really like their fried calamari- lightly fried, but still crisp....

They really found a sweet spot of making the crust crisp without letting it get even a little burned. That sweet spot extends to its cheese which melts almost perfectly into the pie.
