Put $2000 down on a 1999 Ford Expedition this winter. They have a stipulation in paperwork that once you have exchange money and signed contract you cannot trade or get money back effective immediately. Had to bring it back the 2nd day of having it due to a burnt out heater cord, that the sales person explained when I called "There's no way we could've known that it wasn't working properly."...
