Worst customer service I have ever seen.

This company is totally unethical. It's been over a year and still no one has returned a single phone call, or a fax, or any letters we've sent out. All we want to do is stop using there service but we can't because they will not contact us and we can not contact them. They have no problem with there bills coming in on time and we always pay them. I would never suggest any company or anyone for that matter to do business with Dolby.
