I had a tree punch through the roof during a storm. When they told me it was finished, upon my inspection, the interior ceiling was still 'down'. Never touched it. Meaning they subbed the job out and never looked or 'managed' the repair. Just collected the money and sat behind a desk. Price, at over 8K was almost twice of what factory estimate was. When I contacted the factory they said the replacement and interior work should have cost less than 5K. I drive to Dixie RV across the river now. Felt pretty terrible about the outcome seeing as I've managed repair facilities, maintenance for almost 30 years and know how it should have been done. They also reused the metal strips and the "bends" from pulling them from the sealant is visible when finished. All in all, I won't use them for anything in the future. Horrible attention to detail. I would never send anyone their as they are untrust worthy. Portsmouth site needs a whole new crew.
