We had some pretty big issues with DKS. Tony showed up 2 hours early without calling. At the end of the repair he asked if he should replace our thermostat with the "cheapest and most basic model available" and even said we could "replace it if we didn't like it" further implying how cheap it is. He billed us $160 for a non-programmable digital thermostat that retails for $30. DKS would not...
