Appointment representative was courteous. Work estimate over the phone was accurate for 1 hour job. Rates were very reasonable for the work performed. Service was performed on time as scheduled. I would definitely use Diverse again

Have tried for almost two months to get a simple job quoted then scheduled and just trying to get mediocre customer service on the phone has been a night mare. All interactions thus far have been handled very un-professionally and the job still is not done.
