I got the worst massage ever there last month. The person started late, ended early and didn't focus once on the areas that I asked for. I actually left there in pain and tears. The receptionists were rude and slow. I will never go there again.

I personally heard the owner say that you need a reference for her to cut your hair...can you imagine? I also heard her tell random customers that she was poor....and then talks about her mercedes and in ground pool. Very expensive ....guess why I was told this was a high end salon...and not everyone can afford to go to Divas....only a select few. What an attitude! The cut was just okay...not spectacular!
Not going back!

I have been going to Diva's Hair and Day Spa since 2002. Prior to my first appointment with Jane (owner) , I thought I had the best stylist , and had gone to her for 20 years or more. Well, I was totally wrong............
Jane and the staff at Diva's are very professional and a real joy to be around. Since I started there 7 years ago I have spent many hours there, and have enjoyed every one of them. They all greet you when you come in the door and call you by name.
To those of you who have not been to Diva's , I highly recommend you make an appointment. Hair,nails,pedicures,facials or...

I have gone to Divas a couple of times and each time I have had a horrible experience. They act like they are the only salon/spa in the area and that they are doing you a favor by allowing you to step foot in their salon. I was given a gift certificate on Friday and called to make an appoint the following Monday and they wouldn't take my gift certificate for spa services even though it was not posted anywhere on the certificate or in the salon. Another time they decided to cancel my appointment for another client, but they never thought to call and let me know.
