I don't usually complain, however this is the worst polish I have ever had. the designs do no match on the toes and the polish is also on my skin, very sloppy. When I arrived at 2:30pm the female manager, told me it would be 20 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes, I ask her how much longer it would be, she got hateful and snippy with me saying 10 more minutes, you don't like you can leave. I...
