Call another company if you want your appliances fixed. Never pay until they are because this company will keep your money and give you the run-a-around that your oder has not been received. Months will go by. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Look at BBB

I contacted Chris and he was more than willing to send a technician out asap to assist with my freezer issue. They were able to diagnose the issue as a bad water valve for the icemaker. They had to obtain the part but came back the very next day and installed the part and all worked fine.

Chris from Direct Tech was the first to call and quickly scheduled an appointment and came within the time frame he committed. Ours was a very small issue and he quickly fixed that and also told us about a problem we had overlooked. I liked the professional service delivered.

Chris was great found the problem quickly and fixed it in about 5 minutes.
The price was rather steep for a rubber belt for my washer..
