Very bad BAD experience and really having a night mare do business with them. They just giving a nice promise but always took to much money from my account like a thief and they never return it (just keep promising). REALLY WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY...BEWARE!

This place has a shady salesperson working for them (Mitch Reisberg) and careless customer service rep( Katie Burr). Mitch will not listen to a word you say and steals your money by means of shady tactics and gets backup screw-you support from Katie. Be extremely careful if considering Direct Connect for your merchant services in DC, MD & VA. There is salesperson named Mitch that is very shady. I owned a retail store and signed on with them???
