My usb ports were broken best buy told me I would have to get a whole new computer. Direct2u fixed them for around $120.00 my system is back up and I saved $700 bucks. The guy told me it would take a while cause he was swamped but I had an alternate pc so I had time. Excellent service I would come back. Nate.

They repaired my EVO phone. The tech was honest he told me it would take longer than usual be cause he was swamped with work bot if I had the patience he would fit me it he even. He even gave me $5.00 off the price for waiting. Fair enough thank you I would come again.

I am very please with the expert repair to hardware and software done by direct2u and Mr. whitaker and his staff. I would reccomend them to any one with computer problems. The price was exceptional and the service was excellent.
