They have everything that you need and the people are friendly. The prices are cheap and they have what you need for yourself.

True: You are not hired into the cosmetics department but must earn your place there. Why would they put a sales associate in such a position if you are not a proven salesperson?
False: You are not given federally regulated breaks. It is Dillard's policy to give you a 30 min break for every 6 hours you work as per federal law and generally you are given an hour. Tenn has no federal law...

It is a well known fact Dillard's is a tremendously poor company to be employed with. They lie to you, tell you it's a "privelege to work there." At the Murfreesboro, TN store, they inform every female hired they WILL be working in cosmetics. Once the person starts to work, they are THEN informed "oh by the way...we have a policy that you must work your way into the cosmetics department by...
