I've lived here since June 2010 and really enjoy it. It's relatively quiet for an apartment and I love that they pick my trash up outside my door. Management is very nice too!

Ive lived here since July 2010 and really like it. It is relatively quiet for an apartment, they pick your trash up at your door for you, and the staff is pretty friendly. The location is good if you want to walk to restaurants in Shockoe Bottom. Overall a really good experience so far.
