I found Digital Rework Depot by chance about 10 years ago, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my priceless data. Recently my laptop hard drive failed in the middle of a big project and the middle of the night. Another company that makes house calls sent a tech who assured me that the data was unrecoverable. Brian at Digital Rework recovered it in less than a day! The labor charge isn't cheap--$60 an hour--but it's worth it for techs who can do things others won't even try.
