If you have to rent from someone through an agency, please make sure you use ANYONE OTHER THAN DIETRICH!!

This place has one amazingly wonderful person working there. The organization as a whole, on the other hand, is terrible. We rented a place from them and dealing with their office hours was a joke. They're hardly ever there and charge you late fees when you don't deliver the money in...

Dietrich Rentals goes over and beyond the call of duty when it comes to advertising properties, fielding calls, securing quality tenants, effective leases, collection of rent, taking care of properties, making themselves available for both owners and tenants and making sure they stay up to date on AL landlord tenant law!

They are friendly but effective and professional.
