Worst customer service ever!

Bought a levergae gym and elliptical and had them delivered. The gym was missing parts and the elliptical was broken. Went to speak with the manager who was unhelpful and rude. He offered no assistance to help me resolve the problem at all. I wound up calling Dicks corporate offices and am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Go elsewhere for your fitness equipment.
While I do usually shop here for stuff for my kids I will never shop here for big equipment purchases again.

I bought a Nike Sumo2 driver from Dicks Sporting Goods in Garner, NC. It has formed a small crack in one of the creases of the driver head. Driver cracked from normal use. Store said they could take the driver back and send it off to the manufacturer and they might would replace or repair it at their discretion. That is not acceptable. First I dont have a spare driver to hit for the month or so...
