I will start off by saying that the PA that saw me (Kim Bibb) is absolutely awesome. She is funny, knowledgeable, and made my visit rather enjoyable considering the circumstances. OK, now that THAT is out of the way...this office is abysmal at calling patients back. I called 7x's to get my pulmonary results and was told someone would "call me back" each time. Never happened. I have found Dr. Twiggs to be a very compassionate physician for both me and my elderly mother. She takes all the necessary time to listen to me. Her nursing staff is extremely pleasant although her office staff could be a bit friendlier.
