Diana Kostal - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm does a great job. Diana does not. She is terrible at returning calls (unless you want to buy more insurance, then you hear back immediately). Doesn't really provide any services at all, but claims to give you a ""personal touch."" My wife and I are in the process of switching to another State Farm agent and have already seen a major improvement in service.

This agency is the BEST!!!! I love the service, the people are great, always caring and no matter what questions I have, they always are happy to answer. I would recommend Diana to anyone, knowing that she and her staff are always there for me!
