Poor service from DHC today. Received a call from DHC saying that DHC had lost a bid to supply our needs. Then said DHC did not know who won the bid and that we would have to call Medicare to find out who got the bid. MUCH BETTER would have been to find out who DID get the bid and tell us not only who got the bid but how to contact the company that got the bid.
