From start to finish I was pleased the overall knowledge of Dr Merrill. I have been in and out of the hospital on many occasions in the past two years. Do NOT RECOMMEND this office or dentist at ALL! Having to continually follow up with our insurance over being over charged "out of net work fees" when they were indeed in net work. After many months of continuous staff changes and them losing our paperwork and no one knowing what is going on but STILL demanding payments, I am turning it over to the insurance company to investigate the...
