Waited for almost 2 hours, never seen any food. 2 families left bc they were never served drinks or order taken. One family ate jelly packets! Service ( there was none) sucks! Stay away from this place, Broad Street Location!

Service was terrible, no manger on duty. While we waited numerous tables walked out. We waited for over two hours and never got anything but drinks. Most of witch never had one refill. It was literally the worst dining experience I have ever had at any restaurant anywhere. #FormerServer

I ordered a shriracha bacon burger, but was served a veggie burger. I asked the lady to take it back to the kitchen and they re-served me with a shriracha with the same VEGGIE PATTY.
