I completely disagree with the other reviews. Del mar pool & spa has been taking care of our our pool and spa for the past 4 years and have been nothing but friendly and professional. They always return our calls promptly and are very knowledgeable, more knowledgeable than most. In fact they are about to build a water feature for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company.

PLEASE CALL SOMEONE ELSE!! Very poor customer service! They never answer the phone. Very rude also. He came out finally to replace a part for my pool, which was supposed to be done the week before, and he never called to say he was leaving town for the week. I never knew he finally even came until I checked out there. No calls to let me know about situation after he came out to see if...

Find another pool company, Overpriced!...... and they have the worst customer service possible. This place never picks up the phone or call you back after you leave countless messages.
