I dropped off 43 items over a year ago, mostly designer and name brand. I never received a penny. I went in and called a dozen or more times and even filed a complaint with the BBB and the city. If you go to their yelp page you'll see the same thing from multiple others. Christine is a thief and I am glad she is going out of business and won't be able to continue to steal from Beverly residents...
