My apartment is nice n cozy spacious kitchen and living room. It is located near downtown Richmond n various other stores and schools. It has pool area for the residents. Has a very understanding staff that works in the rental office and a maintenance crew that be on call when ever there is a problem.

I have lived here at Deering Manor for quite a while and find it to be a wonderful place to live. The community is a quiet one and I haven't seen any drama going on. No guys hanging on the outside except for children who play and ride their bikes in the evening but during the day when kids are out to school you can almost hear a pin drop except for the trains that go by in the distance now and...
