It took them three separate tries to get the job done, the first time they reused wood even though the agreement was for new wood. The second time, they built the first step much taller than the rest of the steps, and I didn't notice until my wife twisted her ankle going down the stairs later that day. This last time, they managed to make it right, but I would have a hard time hiring them to...

The job was excellent. I am very pleased with the results. William Orsi is a very professional, honest and fair contractor who did great work and his crew was very nice and friendly and their workrmanship was professional and excellent. I would recommend him to all my friends and a couple have already said they were going to give him a call.
