I was a long time patient of Dr. Bakland when he practiced in Newburyport. When he sold the practice I struggled to find another "Dr. Bakland." No one measured up. When I discovered that he had opened a practice in Gloucester, I immediately made an appointment and have been going there ever since. Very nice salon. Josephine is an amazing massage therapist. Like the facials, but I hate the plastic mask they put on your face. Makes me panic and I can't wait until it's over! Otherwise great!
