The tech knew exactly what he was doing. He was polite and friendly. He took time to explain exactly what was going on and gave us tips on how to prevent the same problem in the future.

I wouldn't have AC service with anyone else. Thank you Dean's Shop!

The woman who answered our call for help took care of things right away and then checked back to see is all was going OK. Josh who came and did the work kept at it in spite of the really hot attic where he had to work. He took time after all was finished to double check things in the whole unit and then see if I had any questions.

Dean Shop has done a great job for us! They completley replaced our old unit, inside and out, along with new duct work. They did a great job.

Y'all were able to fit me in the next day which was very important due to my new tenants being worried about the AC. Yall called me promptly after the appointment and the technician explained what he found. Y'all provided awesome service and I will definitely be recommending you and sharing you on my Facebook page.
