Worst office staff of any physician I have visited! They consistently mis-schedule appointments, do not answer/return calls/messages, and have no level of friendliness. The office staff is incompetent. I cannot reach the Doctor due to the staff. My refills take forever to be processed due to the staff. Doctor needs to get a NEW staff to match her compentency and professionalism.
