The manager was really congenial, and quite professional and courteous when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the hotel and intent to leave. He was the bright spot in an overall unpleasant experience. The wifi, which we used in order to locate another hotel, worked fine for us. Hotel had significant problems with cleanliness. Towels had stains, toilet was not clean, water from the tub...
The staff was nice. It was only for one night. My toilet didn't flush. The ceiling was caving in a certain points. The sheets had oil spots in them. The bath tub had a crack in it. For some reason I was in a handicap room? The maid came into my room while I was sleeping. Make sure you keep the chain on at all times.
Price was so reasonable yet it came with good breakfast and a comfortable room. The ourdoor pool was perfect for children to release energy after a long drive. This is a perfect place to stay if you are gone most of a day and need just a place to sleep.
We liked the conveniene of being able to walk in to the town of Williamsburg We both thought the pool area could of been nicer , needed new chairs , tables & unbrellas
Friendly staff, safe area, the rooms are not super clean, and a little old... but over all its a safe place to stay for the night, location is excelent
