Booked a "No Smoking" room. When I opened the door and walked in, I was immediately hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. The room reeked! Other Days Inn's, no problem. This property was the foulest!

The room was advertised as a handicap room. However, there were no bars in the bathtub. Therefore, it was hard to get in and out of tub.
TV Remote was missing and had to request one at the desk.
No wash cloths
Phone was not working until we informed the desk.

Not bad for where it is located

The intersection Days Inn is located is quite loud, but when you close the door, the noise disappears! Bed is comfortable, not broken down. Pillow is very nice too. Breakfast could be more than one red apple in the fruit bowl...and I came in at 7am, so it is not like the food was all eaten by then.

Inexpensive at Virginia Beach

The motel is an old motel that the owners have been maintaining inexpensively but nicely. The room rate was very low for the area so we saved a lot. It is near a busy road yet the room was quiet. Breakfast was a bit limited.
