The room was not clean. Hole in bathroom door. Molding coming of the wall. Towels were not large enough. Bedspread had cigarette burns. The atmosphere of the entire place was not pleasant.

When we checked in, the front desk attendant couldn't find our reservation. When he did find reservation, and we were able to get in our room, it had a musty smell.
