Used this hotel because of its location and rating. The good.... Customer service, everyone was friendly and handled out issues with courtesy. I accidentally left my shoes there and they saved them for me. Much appreciated.

I live in Prescott and just wanted to take the weekend to get out of here and into the sun! Hotel 502 was perfect! They have a great pool that I got to lay out at. My room was on the fourth floor and way larger than I expected!

I was very disappointed in this hotel, especially since they had a Trip Advisor Excellent Rating posted in their lobby. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, but the room was bare bones. I do not recommend that anyone stay here. Although the price's are reasonable, there's a reason for that. If you decide to stay, please check your hotel room thoroughly. I encountered a used syringe with blood still in the syringe under one of the beds in the room we were assigned to. I have young children, and as a parent...

If you like surprises like being told your reservation can't be found and you can only stay 1 out of 4 nights you planned (through booking.com would definitely do you're own confirmation before flying across the country) and finding multiple pubic hairs in your "clean" sheets then yeah sure!
