While en route during a recent trip to visit friends in N.C, my wife and I stayed overnight at the Chester, VA. Days Inn. We wanted a low-priced bed, and the offer of a hot breakfast included with the room was a plus.

The place is worse than seedy. It is a DUMP. Dried semen on the walls and the picture above the bed. I was revolted and explained to the manager that I couldn't stay there and wanted my credit card charge voided out. As far as I know, he accommodated me and let me out of my reservation but I will watch my credit card charges to see if he told the truth.

The room was in disrepair and not very clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast wasnt very appetizing. I would not recommend this place unless you really need a place to stay. The only good thing about it is the location.
