Had to be in Orlando for business last minute and could not find another hotel downtown. Stayed here at the Davis Park Motel and will never stay again. The room was very scary and did not sleep well at all. There was mold, the carpet had cigarette burns in it, the ceilings and walls were not painted well, etc. However,...

ok where to start, the ceiling had mold growing on it,part of the shower wall was caved in. A large section of the motel was slated for demolition, we drove by a house that was burning down on the way there, the fire dept was over seeing the burn, we suspect they were getting rid of crack houses.
