Having never visited a campground in my adult life, I can't say that I expected what we found here at Davis Lakes. It's situated right along a main highway, Not too far from downtown Suffolk....

We stayed here June- Nov in 2011. We travel for my husbands job and have been in several parks. It was clean the people friendly. Fair price. Dog friendly. More than helpful. Would love to stay if we came back...

Situated on 80 acres, this campground has 275 sites, including 225 with water and electric hookups and 15 large pull-thru sites. Rental cabins are also on site, as well as a nature trail, recreation building, playground, camp store, and laundry facilities.
