We have a family heirloom wool rug that one of our dog's soiled on. Completely mortified that the rug was forever damaged, I wasn't expecting the best case scenario when it was returned to us. I was skeptical. I was instead, BLOWN away at the finished product. Our rug magically was perfect and we couldn't tell a thing had happened. A stain from years ago is also nowhere to be found.
