Anonymous, Truly sorry for your experience. I must say I find this behavior very uncharacteristic for this staff. In fact, I find many times that our professionals often go the extra mile. We have been acknowledged as Best Music Store in the Lehigh Valley by both the Lehigh Valley Music Awards and the Morning Call. Worst music store in the valley. No back stock, they sell open box as new. If your not buying they don't care. Basically just give me your money and get out. Not minority friendly.
