I had a remote start installed in my truck. Install was good to go...worked fine at the shop. When I got my truck home I saw that the plastic around my steering column was not put back together properly. I called and informed them of this, and they said to come back. I returned, they "fixed" the problem and as I was driving away, I heard a somewhat loud rattling sound coming from the steering...
I had this place build me a subwoofer enclosure and custom amprack. The cosmetic aspect of it was very nice but the enclosure was not solid. However you really can't determine that due to the panels that were added for the cosmetic aspect. After about 4 months the enclosure started coming apart. Well I took it back to have it looked at and I was told that I would need a new enclosure because the other one wasn't sealed properly. So they kept my vehicle and they did not build a new enclosure but they took apart the old one and put it back together. Wood was chipped and everything was so off....
