Purchased $10,000 worth of appliances for a new house. I am sure they made a substantial profit, and then blew us off when asked to make a small donation to our favorite local charity. Guess dealing with a "local" business is not all its cracked up to be. Will not make any future purchases or recommend this "local" business. There's such a difference doing business with a local, family owned company. The service, professionalism, and products of Daniel Appliance are the best!!

To me, there is no bigger headache than to find out the appliance you have just purchased has to be sent off to be repaired by factory techs. With Daniel appliance they service what they sell. One call and it's handled. I buy all my appliances from Daniel Appliance for the peace of mind that comes with the sale. Thanks Daniel Appliance.
