Voted best pie in DC 2010-2014 by Washington City Paper!

We're your local pie shop. We make really good pies and quiche. We love what we do and we hope you will too. Thank you DC, for welcoming us with open arms. We work really hard, the old fashioned way, and make pies from scratch, the old fashioned way. And to those who get it, to those who dig it...We salute you. In Pie We Crust!

"Tempting treats" lure ardent calorie-counters to these "hip" but "tiny" separately owned bakeries in DC and Baltimore selling "scratch"-made "slices of heaven" in the form of sweet and savory pies; skeptics scoff it's best known for "being on the Food Network" (maybe that explains "premium" prices), but crust-cravers parry it "ain't pretty, but it sure is good"; P.S. DC denizens should keep an...

Went to food truck number 2 today. I was a bit leery about a place that served pie for lunch, but they are much more similar to your mom's chicken pot pie than you might expect. They are also served with a side salad, making them all the better. I got the SMOG (steak mushroom onion and gruyere) …

I have tried Dangerously Delicious Pies a few times, as the suggestion of friends who love it, and I keep being supremely disappointed. I've had the Chocolate Peanut Butter Chess and Chocolate Pecan pie slices here, and they're all, always, like... incredibly dry, dense, and burnt? Consistently? …

Five stars for the food; best pies I've ever had. Rated four stars because the cashier wasn't helpful even after I said it was my first time there. Had a slice of the savory SMOG pie and the sweet chocolate peanut butter chess pie, both excellent. I will come back if I'm in the area again.

I've been here atleast 100 times and I just realized I hadn't reviewed yet. First, if you haven't come in for the date night special, you're missing out. It's 2 savoy slices, 2 dessert slices, and...
