Used them for years with no complaint but the last time they came out the tech seemed confused, spent a lot of time on the phone, apparently started a fire somewhere as we smelled smoke, then left without saying anything. Unit appears to work but when I called to see if someone could tell me what was on fire and maybe come out and make sure that nothing was damaged or dangerous I was ignored....
