I have been going to Dale's Train Station for some time now, and I have to say its the best train store around. He sells, buys, and repairs trains. But thats not all he buys and sells, he has a lot of old toys ( cars, soldiers, wind up toys, etc.) He knows so much about the products in his store its unbelievable! I have been a regular customer at Dales Train Stations for almost 4 months now, I honestly didn't really want anything to do with model train in til i went into Dales it was a little over whelming with everything stacked up but now its not like that. On my first visit to Dale's I met the owner Dale he was very nice, helped with anything we needed help with and even got to know us better witch for the business he runs i think is a good thing. Customer Service was not what I expected

Although we have loved Dale's Train Station in the past, Dale and his staff completely ignored request for train parts and special items from me. In total, probably about $350+ of parts needed. His shop is VERY cool, and he has a lot of Lionel for sale, but I am not impressed with the customer service. I followed his advice to send a parts list via email so as to not take up too much of his time in store. Three weeks go by,no reply, no help from the staff that answered the phone when following up with inquiries, they mentioned how busy they were, I was told the repair guy would be in at...

I have a three-year-old son and went to Dale's as an advance man for Santa and I was awestruck, you simply don't find stores and owners like this anymore (what a shame). You could lose yourself for hours soaking in the goods.

Trains is their main track Kudzu

This is not "also" offered, trains is what they do. Their O Gauge Lionel incorporated every imaginable starter set as well as numerous vintage used engines.
