Currently I live in Dakota Station Apartments, and at first I thought I was getting myself into a pretty nice place. Within a couple weeks I was proven wrong...
*Underground garage break-ins
*Outside parking break-ins and stollen vehicles
*Loud music volumes and voices heard throughout the day and night
*Shelter Corpoartion does not contact you back when problems come up
*Office management does not listen to concerns, only argues with you
*Broken glass from break-ins are not cleaned up or taken seriously
*No cleaning of the hallways, parking garage, lobby area and elevators
*Never see a...

Dakota Station Apartments is conveniently located right off the intersection of Nicollet Avenue and Highway 13, close to the 35W and Highway 13 Interchange and adjacent to the Minnesota Transit Station and New Horizons Daycare. A grocery store, a bank, a community arts center, a community park, the Burnsville Mall and a host of retail shops and restaurants are all within a mile of the complex....
