Took D & J a 4 month old Troy-Bilt TB2044XP Trimmer on Sept 7, 2013 and as of Dec 11, 2013 the unit is still not fixed. I have called every month for 4 months and am always told they are busy or waiting on parts or I will be called back. Nothing ever happened. I had to call Troy-Bilt and request assistance by them.
