Walked in today with cash in hand to purchase a brand new quad. Salesman flat out told me he wouldn't sell it to me????? Guess I will take my cash down the road to buy. These guys need to realize that customers are what makes them money. Their poor customer service and bad attitude costs them a lot of business (Just take a min to read the reviews on here). They are also not the only game in town. A 20-30 min drive in any direction will yield about 5-6 other dealers with much better customer service. Remember, You are not doing me a favor by selling to me. I am doing you a favor by choosing to come in your dealership. I can assure you that will be the last time I walk through those doors.
While doing the repairs on my motorcycle, they managed to break my windshield. There are about 8 places of small cracks. At first, they admitted doing it and I even have it from them in writing!! Then they say they are only willing to pay for 50% of the retail cost of a new windshield. We all know they get parts at wholesale dealer prices, so it amounts to them wanting me to pay for fixing a problem they created.
There was no waiver posted that releases them from liability if they damaged my bike. I can only imagine if they had a sign that said..."Warning - if we break your bike, we...
Went in on a Sunday with my family to look at purchasing a pair of jet skis (wave runners) .. the sales rep who was there was extremely abrasive with us, as well as not really wanting to answer any questions we had as far as pricing or current availability. I called back on the following Tuesday, as Monday was Memorial Day, and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that the owner was not active with the dealership but I could speak with the General Manager (who is the owner's son).
