I do not have a problem with the pharmacy. I only use them when I visit the clinic which is rarely. BUT, I do have a problem with the conditions of their restrooms!! I went in to gather urine...

I had the worst customer experience in the pharmacy drive thru. I pulled up and waited for someone to assist me at the window. And after several minutes I rang the call button to be assisted. Then half an hour goes by and ten times of me ringing the call button I finally banged on the window. No one had even turned around to check on the window in a half hour. They were standing around talking...

I like the pharmacy. I tried using the drivethru for convenience, but it took forever. Would of been quicker to just go inside and pick up a prescription that was ready. My only complaint would be to make the drivethru a shorter wait and for drop off and pick ups only. Cut down on wait time.

Hubby was just on hold for 44 minutes and only got attention when he drove to the store, walked in (with the call still on hold) and was told they would have liked to have answered his call but they did not have time. His Rx won't be ready for 2 hours so we have to go back to the store yet again. If 0 were an option for a rating that's what we'd choose. Perhaps it's time this store...
