the wait is long and sometimes there are a few rude people in the parm tech area and they cut you off when you speaking and they do not go out of their way to reach my doctors.......... like...

I was forced by my former prescription insurance to either use their own mail order service for maintenance medications or go to CVS (which they own or are owned by?) to pick them up in person....
